The New York Race Track Chaplaincy will host its 15th annual fundraising brunch Aug. 17 at Saratoga National Golf Club. The event will also honor television analyst and handicapper Andy Serling for his work with the backstretch community. Off The Pace cartoonist AE Sabo will supply the artwork to promote the event as she has done for previous fundraisers for the RTCANY.
