Have you all done any label reading lately? Seems there’s been lots of chatter about “Probiotic” or ‘healthy bugs’, which are now finding their way into our more popular food items. Remember opening that container of probiotic enriched yogurt for the first time?… I’ll be honest… I checked for eyeballs staring back in mine. Now, I’m all for a healthy diet, but I’m curious if everyone is on board with the idea? ‘Probioticphobia’…that could be one on Adrian Monk’s list.

Have you ever watch Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations on the Travel Channel?? Man, he travels around the would and eats some funky stuff! Bugs, Spiders, what ever is on the menu! I do not think that Monk could handle that!
